To increase communications, we replaced the semiannual Type 2 newsletter with monthly E-Briefs to all members and an occasional Type 2 Blog. The Type 2 Blog will feature new research and exemplary field work to help NNPS members continually improve their partnership programs for student success in school.

Type 2 shared examples of featured practices of school, family, and community partnerships, solutions to challenges, and guidelines for continuous improvement in program development. Named for one of the Six Types of Involvement that guide the work of members in NNPS, this newsletter was one way that NNPS communicated with members.
